Portugal hosts ENISA’s Conference on Cyber Security
Following Shared Services for Ministry of Health (SPMS) participation in Malta’s eHealth Week 2017, European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA), along with SPMS, will host a Conference on Cyber Security for CEOs and CIOs of European Union Hospitals, in Lisbon.
For two days several European Union experts and professionals from Member States Ministries of Health will discuss and submit recommendations in the area of Cyber Security.
The mission of ENISA is to contribute to securing Europe’s information society by raising “awareness of network and information security and to develop and promote a culture, of network and information security in society for the benefit of citizens, consumers, enterprises and public sector organizations in the Union”.
The choice of Portugal to host ENISA’s Conference highlights the importance of SPMS in Cyber Security at national and European levels.
